This packet contains:

Website directions:
- Logon to fl.msmath1.net
- Click on self check quizzes-FCAT
- Click on the side box - by lesson
- Find the benchmark you need from the report stapled to the grid.
For each benchmark on the grid you will find chapters and sections to help you master that skill.
The 1st number is the chapter number and the 2nd number is the lesson. Example 4-3, this is Chapter 4 Lesson 3.
Click on the chapter and then the lesson you need to review. Only do the first two chapter/lesson for each benchmark.
- Do the 5 question quiz.
You must score 80% or higher on the quiz or you must take it again. If you get a score less than 80% see me for extra help or use your Parent and Student Study Guide Workbook for additional explanations.
- Print out only the 1st page of the quiz with the score on it. Only print quizzes where you scored 80% or better.
- Go back to the grid sheet and write your score in the column next to the lesson. This way you can keep track of what lessons you have completed.
Turn in the completed packet stapled together by Fri. Dec. 5, 2008.

I expect that you will abide by the Student Code of Conduct. If you choose not to follow the rules, I will give you a warning, contact a parent/guardian, or give you a referral.

- 3 subject tab dividers
- 3 sharpened pencils, mechanical pencils preferred
- 1 black or blue pen
- Eraser
- Hand-held pencil sharpener
- 1 ream of copy paper

A = 90-100% B = 80-89% C = 70-79% D = 60-69% F = Below 60% |
Tests will be worth 100 points. Quizzes will be worth up to 50 points. Homework will be worth at least 5 points. Homework is due the day after it is assigned unless otherwise specified. If you are absent for a test or quiz, it can be taken during the next class period. |
