Vocabulary Workshop Workbook –(one free copy per student – periods 1, 3, 4 and 5)
NOTE:
Students should come to class DAILY with their Language Arts binders, paper, and supplies (pens, pencils, etc)! Check the planner for days to bring self-selected novels, vocbaulary books, or grammar workbooks.
7th GRADE LANGUAGE ARTS SUPPLY LIST
Parents: Please help your child organize and put his/her name on all materials:
- 1 package white, or neon bright colored, or 32 lb. white 8 ½ x 11 inch copy paper
- One 1 ½” 3-ring binder to be shared with Social Studies
- Wide-rule loose-leaf paper (put in binder)
- MEAD Composition notebook (any color)
- 5 tab dividers (put in binder)
- 2 floppy disks; flash drive preferred
- The Outsiders, A Wrinkle in Time, Under the Blood Red Sun and The Witch of Blackbird Pond - (Class Novels for the Year)
- Bottle of hand sanitizer or container of disinfecting wipes
- Box tissues
Additional Items That Must Be Brought to Language Arts Class But May Also Be Used In Other Classes:
- Pencil box, case, or zipper pouch (put your name on it). Inside the pencil case put:
- Highlighters, package of multiple colors
- Glue stick
- scissors (put your name on them)
- colored markers or colored pencils
- pencils (extra lead if you like mechanical pencils)
- Red pens
- Black or blue pens
