All test retakes will be given at 8:45 AM on a date specified by Mrs. Zollman.
In order to take the test you must:
Submit one of the following study tools (attached to your original test) as evidence that you have made an additional study attempt on the tested material:
1) Make up and do your own test or quiz with at least 10 questions.
2) Make up study cards with 10 practice problems relating to the tested material. Solve the problems.
AND
Have a parent or guardian sign the original test and your study tool.
The study tool signed by parent or guardian and original test signed by parent or guardian is due 5 days from the date the original test was returned.
The two test grades will be averaged together.

This year we will build your math skills by covering 1) whole numbers, algebra,
and statistics; 2) decimals; 3) fractions; 4) algebra; 5) ratio and proportions; and
6) measurement and geometry.
Expectations:
Come to class prepared to work each day. All work will be done in pencil. Pens will only be used to correct work. Homework will be given out daily (Monday through Thursday) and will be due the following day.

Grading System
Homework will be given 4 nights a week and will be worth 5 points each day.
Quizzes will be worth up to 50 points each
Tests will be worth 100 points each.
90-100% = A
80 – 89% = B
70 – 79% = C
60 – 69% = D
Below 60% = F
