Short Stories and Poetry Reading

*  Short Story & Poetry Reading:  We will read many selections out of our Glencoe Literature book.  (Each student has a copy of this book at home.) Themes 1 & 2 will be covered the first nine weeks; themes 3 & 4 the second nine weeks; themes 5 & 6 the third nine weeks; and themes 7 & 8 the fourth nine weeks. You are always welcome to read ahead! See links below for some of our assignments. I will let you know when these are due, explain them in class, and give you plenty of time to complete them. Additionally, we will be reading and answering questions out of Buckle Down!  See schedules below.
