MONDAY |
Today the children will begin a very important assignment. They will be preparing a report on the Middle Ages. I will give no other homework for the next two weeks except for the children to work on their report. Here is what is needed for the Report ! 1. A wonderful Cover with child's name and date.
2. Four pages of Research about the Middle Ages .Research whould be put in your own words! Within the four pages, the children should also add many pictures. Children should write only on the front of the paper. Hand written or typing is fine! 3. Reports are due on Wednesday, September 19, 2007

All About Me:
I have been an Orange County teacher for almost 40 years. I am happily married to Jimmy who is a retired electrical engineer. Jimmy is now consulting at the Research Park near UCF. We have a beautiful daughter named Bernandette. Bernadette is a research psychologist working for the United States Government. Her office is also at the Research Park. Yes, she and her Daddy often have lunch together! Berni is married to Patrick John McGinley. Patrick is an Attorney with his own law practice called: McGinley Law!. His offices are on Lee Road. Our children live in Winter Park on Lake Sue Drive. Jimmy and I live in Beautiful Lake Mary! I love teaching and love your children! I promise you a wonderful school year!
Syllabus
1st 9 Weeks-Geographical Foundations; The Middle Ages; Civics Unit
2nd 9 Weeks- Study of the countries of Europe; Holidays Around the World;
3rd 9 Weeks-- Study of Latin America
4th 9 Weeks- Study of the United States and Canada
Grading
Grading will be in accordance with the OCPS Policy:
90-100 A
80-89 B
70-79 C
60-69 D
Neatness, Organization and Effort will also be taken into consideration in each report card grade.
