The SAFE Program provides a multitude of services to it's students and their families.  SAFE provides support for at-risk students and their families, coordinates programs that promote developmental asset building and reduce high-risk behaviors in students.  SAFE additionally  delivers Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug prevention education as well as violence prevention.  SAFE also deals with student crises on-campus.   Currently the SAFE Program is coordinating a variety of services and programs on Maitland's campus.  Some of these programs include Life Skills groups, Divorce groups, Non-Traditional family groups, Peer mediation, KnightVision Drug Prevention Program, Individual Counseling, Suicide Prevention groups, a Non-Violence Club, Red Ribbon Week campaign, the Partners in Change Non-Violence Conference, cultural awareness activities and much more.
